Poppy and Charlotte met on board P&O Cruises in 2022 as vocalists in two different departments.  They quickly became friends and spent countless hours on the open decks chatting and and putting the world to rights.  Despite their separate contracts, they stayed in touch and always cheered each other on throughout their careers.  It wasn’t until early 2026 that the idea for Velvet Harmony truly began.  They realised that no matter how challenging the theatre industry could be, their shared love of singing and desire to sing more was what truly mattered.  This passion led to the creation of Velvet Harmony, a blend of elegant and energetic vocals designed to create something truly special.
